South Shore AIDS Project also provides case management services and counseling and testing for inmates housed in the Plymouth County Correctional Facility. The South Shore Transitional Intervention Project (T.I.P.) serves inmates who are preparing to be released back into the community to assist them in securing housing, case management, medical and other social services upon their release.
